After receiving an order, how quickly do you start working on it?
We usually start our work in 24-72 hours, after receiving in order. Starting on an order depends highly upon the number of current orders in progress, and the nature and involvedness of your order.
What is
the payment plan for your services?
We require that you make an initial payment of 60% of your order total. The rest can be paid after you have approved your final products for final touches and delivery. Only after receiving full payment, would we dispatch your order through email, download and/or post (whichever is applicable). If you would like to avoid any delays in your delivery, please make full payment before the final stages of your order fulfillment.
For first-time clients and for jobs with a quote of under $500, payment in full is required. For projects with a quote of $500 to $5000, payment of 60% is required along with a signed contract for beginning work, with the remaining due upon completion of the project. For projects over $5,000, an initial payment representing one-half of the estimated total fee is required along with a signed contract. Half of the remainder is billable upon the halfway point or second phase of the project, with the final half due upon completion of the project. Regular clients are sent monthly invoices notifying payment within 30 days.
How long does it take before I can see samples of my order?
Usually we start working within two to four days. As a result, you can usually view your first samples and concepts within four days of placing your order.
What if I decide to cancel a design job?
A design job that has reached its final stages, if cancelled,
will have to be paid for fully. Once we receive payment for "any"
project, there is no refund. Call us at 740-244-9313 and talk to
our Customer Service Representative for more details.
We save unfinished copies of all design projects for a nominal
period of time, should the client express an interest in
continuing the project at a later date. Added fees may incur from
project delays by the client, so it is always best to check with
us for any foresail delays and keep costs to a minimum.
Can you
do rush orders?
Yes, we can. You will have to however, make payment according to the desired deadline and resources.
How can I view the status of my order and its work in progress?
We have a client area reserved for you where you can log into a password protected space and view the status of your order. You can review work in progress, propose changes and send us your feedback.
