Is it possible to use the euro symbol (€) in Adwords (using Alt Gr +E) ? will it display well on all computers?

It displayed in your post! Not sure about Adwords. I guess you can try it and see...

I just experimented with an advert and pasted €in the ad box but it shows as € when you save it rather than €.
I do not know about this Alt gr + e thing, perhaps its specific to your puter. I dont have a euro symbol on my keyboard. :(
Nutscrape browsers have issues with € too.
I should think that you should be able to use the € symbol within an adword ad, but then again, cant recall having ever seen an advert with one.

Well there is no euro symbol on keyboard most of time but Alt Gr + E is implemented.
Concerning Adwords, I tested it it is displayed well on my computer. Now I wonder about other ones

I think you should be OK with Google at least. It seems Google uses "charset=UTF-8" on its SERPs.
Syndication partners may use different character sets and then you may hit problems.
This would be a worth a call or e-mail to Google, IMO.
