Can't Connect to AdSense Site

I'm always having problems connecting to AdSense (https://www.google.com/adsense/home).

https://www.google.com/adsense/home ?

This has been going on for weeks. Mostly always down. Sometimes up for a day or so. Anyone else experiencing the same? What happened?
