I signed up for adserve and was rejected...

I am thinking cause I am an OPTIMIZER think so?

Did you apply with a personal web site or your commercial web site? Google AdSense only approves commercial web sites.

Get one site approved for your adsense then you can start using adds on any website you want. They don't care for the most part and state that in their policies.
