Below is one of our pages with Adsense ads. When I view it from home or work, I get 4 ads for dewpoint measuring devices...but when someone loaded it from the local library, they got ads for local hotels. Does this make any sense?

Yeah it's possible.I clicked on your pages randomly and saw dewpoint devices, some other weather related stuff - eg gifts, garden decor as well as local hotels. The hotels for that area may have bid on weather and weather related keywords. Google obviously does some rotation when displaying the ads else just the top 4 ads for each keyword would ever be displayed in the kind of banner that you have inserted.

For your info, some ads don't pay. Like the charity and donations ones :). But it doesn't matter, since they come up occasionally and for good cause :p
