Why? Have your own opt-in email list on your web site. That's the only legitimate way you will Not spam. Any list you buy will be spam if you start using it.

Anyway, do a search on Google for 'email lists' and you will get a whole list of sites who sell them. Those sites will also sell you a bridge on the Tigress River. :)

If you are trying to target special interest sectors, I would recommend contacting print trade magazines to see if they offer e-mail lists for their subscribers. Some magazines do have opt-in lists of their subscribers who are willing to receive commercial e-mail related to the magazine's topic.
