affiliate to adword tagged urls

I've been trying to use my affiliate accounts for my adwords so that I can use an existing clients affliate engine for my google ads...The problem is that the urls are encoded from the affiliates link and google is chewwing them around...Don't ask me about why we are using the affiliates engone to do this---the client gets what the client wants---( to a degree);-)......

has anyone come up with this before---am I even in the right forum...Has anyone found an encode decode tool....

Why not direct the ads to a unique page (disallowed by robots.txt) that simply redirects to your affiliate's engine?
