I am seeing new Pagerank in the toolbar and new backward links

I see new backlinks on only one of the ten datacenters with the Google-dance tool. Perhaps the backlink/PR update is just beginning.

The Pageranks have reverted back to before now.
You can check backward links on the ex datacentre.

Has Pagerank been updated lately. I have seen a few of my site that have 4 and above pages pointing to them, but are not listed on the backlinks tool....?
