Does anyone know some free or crackable program to find out the location through the IP number?

Here's another place (http://www.geobytes.com/IpLocator.htm?GetLocation) that looks to be totally free.

The tool on this site (http://www.ip2location.com/) does the job. The free demo allows up to 20 lookups per day.
