Able to delete keywords? Not just put offline

Is there a way to delete keywords from Overture and not just mark them as offline?

Yes. From either the "manage bids" or "listing information" screen, select the listings you want to delete and click "Edit Listings." One of the options there is "delete listings" which will permanently delete them.
