I looked today and I've had no check cut from google in Nov. I filled out the tax information the first day it was available.

I've emailed google but no response yet.

Anybody seeing the same thing.

The last time our payment was processed was on Oct 27. We received a check soon thereafter. It appears that the processing for October (which is done within 30 calendar days from the end of that month) has either not occured or if it has, it has not been posted online as yet. I'd wait a week or so :)

thanks polarmate for your quick response. Glad to see I'm not the only one in this boat.

However, they're still publishing "We will mail you a check for your account balance within 30 days of the end of every calendar month that your earnings amount to $100 or more."

They expect me to hold up my end of the deal, I expect them to hold up their's or at least notify me if there's a problem.

I'm pulling all adsense advertising from my websites until the check arrives.

Well, that's your call, I guess. But it's very possible that they just have not updated the accounts with the payment information. Maybe they just ate too much turkey over the weekend ;)

This just in from google: We appreciate your concern regarding payment for October earnings.
Unfortunately, there are slight delays for October payments due to the
U.S. Thanksgiving holiday. Checks will be mailed shortly to all qualifying
publishers.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Google is always working to provide
the highest level of service to you, and we thank you for your patience in
this matter.

Sincerely,

The Google Team

Call me silly but wouldn't it have been nice to post this on the Adsense page or send an email to everyone. Thanksgiving is a U.S. holiday, the rest of the world isn't going to automatically think maybe they're behind because of Thanksgiving.

Turkey did it!! Maybe they got sozzled on those 'unique' turkey gravy sodas :drink: and then :barf+:

<addded>you'll be surprised how much the rest of the world knows about US holidays. </added>

Dave,

I received my last check the day BEFORE they updated the payment information -- which indicated it had been mailed 5 days previously.
There is ALWAYS a check--maybe not like clockwork, but there is always a check.

I wouldn't expect Google cheating with checks. They will keep sending checks for all legit publishers - it is a matter of reputation, which is Google's main asset.

Here in Montreal, Canada, I yesterday received a cheque for October's payment. I had received the email advice mentioned by others on Google's processing problems some weeks back.

I'm not surprised at this slight delay. I would guess the corporation has a great deal on its plate at the moment. 8)
