Do you guys agree that it is spam AND do you think they will take action?

The following listings are in the 'Dance Shoes" search results.
They do not have any dance shoes listed on their site, site search engine or nor are the employees at the 800 number aware of any "dance shoes" that they sell.

They have 1 common trait: They are all subsidiaries of Chadwick's, a department store that does not offer anything other than street shoes.

This is in direct conflict with your listing guidelines as published on your site.

I quote:
Advertisers may bid on a search term only if the Web site has substantial content that is clearly and obviously reflective of the search term, and the line listing (title and description) accurately describes why the Web site is listed for the search term.

Chadwick's of Boston - Women's Shoes
Chadwick's of Boston is the original off-price catalog site for women. We offer dance shoes and other fashions at 20%-50% off department store prices every day!

www.lernercatalog.com (Cost to advertiser: $0.32)

Jessica London - Women's Shoes

www.jessicalondon.com (Cost to advertiser: $0.24)

Spam??? In my opinion they don't even sell the product they are advertising and the word "dance" is not anywhere to be found. It sure makes my bidding expensive, to the point I don't even want to participate.

Still Reading...????

Can any of you tell for sure that these sites are the same company? I'm pretty sure (they are), but can you tell?

Of course they are the same company as the copyright info at the bottom of each is exactly the same.

And yes, dance shoes should NOT be a keyword phrase they could use.

Overture should delete that phrase for them.
