I would like to seek your advice if it is advisable to filter out the no-bucks charity ads ? Then I would know the exact impression of the paying ads.

I don't think you can filter out the PSA ads. What you can do is set up your own Alternate Ads to monetize your space when Google Ads don't show.
Instructions for setting up Alternate Ads:

??? it says you can block your competition from showing ads on your site. Just replace with the charity ads would do it fine I guess.

Alternate Ads allow you to monetize your ad space in the event that Google is unable to serve targeted ads to your page. By specifying an image or ad server of your choice, you can make sure that your advertising space is always being used effectively, either by targeted AdWords ads, or by your own choice of content.
PSA = public service ads.
It's clear that Google treats them differently from other advertisers, who are your true competitors. Beats me why you would want to filter them out when you could monetize that space and actually get some returns. :rolleyes:
You could try filtering them out, of course :)

Thanks for the info :). In fact, I just want to know if a PSA shown on the page. Is it considered 1 impression on the stats ? Then it gets mixed up with the pay ads if it is.
Of course, I won't flush out any pay ads for sure since I am not selling anything myself.

I am sure they are counted. Google inserts them where it cannot find a suitable ad - just the same way they'd insert a 'poor match' if they couldn't find a 'perfect match' - from the machine's point of view, an ad is an ad is an ad
Just where some ads attract $x.xx when clicked, and others $0.xx, a charity ad scores a neat $0.00
(I hope that's within the rules!)
