May I know if any difference to the adsense ads with or without www in the URL ?
I changed hosts recently and the new host treats http://englishdaily626.com and or http://www.englishdaily626.com as the same but it seems that www comes out with all PSA OR charity ads only :( . This really baffles me.

Meaning?? What do the PSA ads have to do with the way your domain is set up?

I also see along this line. But how to reason out the sudden drastic drop on the clicks then ? It has been consistent for the past few months but out of no obvious reason, it won't produce clicks.

You say you changed hosts recently, right? Your IP would have changed, right? Have you seen the MediaPartners bot in your logs after that? Perhaps your pages need to be re-indexed and your site is in the queue for that - until then you've got PSA ads. Or your own alternate ads.
Obsessing about the clicks isn't really going to get you anywhere. The ads will be targeted appropriately once your pages have been spidered and then if your target audience is interested in the ads, they will click on them.
The other thing to consider is that the Google ads are no longer a novelty and are there on every site out there. So it's quite possible that your audience is not interested in those ads but more in your content. Lots of potential there!! ;)

When something abnormal takes place. I just try to clear up the mess. Hopefully Google won't find this guy too bucks-minded :P.
I think the reason you gave can answer this phenomenon.
Google serves ads to the site, what has it to do with host's ip anyway ? Hmm, maybe the site is not along with the old host's ip and Google needs to spider all over again as you said.
I regret changing hosts, :( now.

My understanding is that Google has its own cache of DNS entries (and therefore IP addresses) - I would expect this to apply to the MediaPartners bot, too but I could be wrong. There used to be issues with Google DNS cache when the bot would continue hitting the old IP even though the site had moved on to a new IP. I haven't heard about this for a long time now so I assume that Google updates its DNS cache more regularly now. Look up Google DNS cache for more info both here on the forums as well as on Google itself.

Hopefully everything gets fixed to normally automatically on Google's side. The entirely different statistics chilled me down the toe
