Step 1) They haven't disappeared. They are still indexed:
292 indexed pages from hotelforumrome.com (http://www.google.com/search?q=allinurl%3A+www.hotelforumrome.com+site%3Awww.hotelforumrome.com&num=100&hl=en&lr=&safe=off&filter=0)
137 indexed pages from hotelvenetorome.com (http://www.google.com/search?q=allinurl:+www.hotelvenetorome.com+site:www.hotelvenetorome.com&num=100&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&c2coff=1&safe=off&filter=0)

I see you here (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=Hotel+Forum+Rome+Official+WebSite)
You have probably disappeared for your preffered keywords, along with a lot of other webmasters

Step 2:
www.hotelforumrome.com is in the top ten results for "hotel forum rome" - http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&q=hotel+forum+rome

hi there
many thanks for your swift replies...
i would like to know how i go about re-registering my sites with google so that i am number 1 for the name of these 2 hotels (like i was before)
my clients couldnt care about other competitive phrases like "hotel rome" or "hotel in rome" they just want to be number 1 for the name of their respective hotels....
i.e. anyone types in "hotel veneto rome" or "hotel forum rome" they want to be at the top of the search engine results....
can i guarantee that? or once you have been dropped thats it for that url....?
thanks again

LOL... no guarantee on anything in this business.
Please read ALL the posts in here about Google and the latest updates. You simply dropped on those phrases. Most all sites did the same.
