Please help me with this Newsletter Marketing System

Hi there!

I've just finished developing an automated Newsletter Marketing System, called Signup Exchange (http://www.signupexchange.com). It's a free system for sharing newsletter subscribers with other owners of similar newsletters, and now I'd like YOUR opinion.

Please feel free to visit the website, look around, and even give it a try (again... it's free). I'd love to know what people think about this newsletter marketing concept!

I did not visit your site yet, but are you saying that if I have a newsletter and thousands of subscribers, you will get me together with 'another' owner of a newsletter to "swap" out subscribers?

I don't think the other newsletter's members would appreciate getting a newsletter from Me when they did not subscribe to my newsletter. Sounds like big time email spam to me. What am I missing?

Oh okay. Just read your site.

Your signature file is a little misleading. :) Now I see what you are doing. It's not spam at all, but it's not something I would signup for. Others may. I'd be worried about not knowing nothing about some other newsletter and actually recommending it or referring it from my website.

You see, Doug, as it states on the Signup Exchange website (http://www.signupexchange.com), you're simply allowing other similar newsletter owners to take advantage of your "Thank You for Subscribing" page.

At this point in the subscription process (I'm referring to the "Money Moment"), the new subscriber is usually done at your website and has noplace to go and nothing else to do but leave. In exchange for allowing other newsletter owners to take advantage of your "Money Moment", they allow you the same opportunity at their websites (and thus... the Signup Exchange).

hey tony,

just visited your site, and i did say u've done some neat work.

the idea is same as that of co-registration(infact this is co-reg. ...lol..!) and its widely used by successful emarketers , for building their list fast.

anyways, its very imp. that you always review the quality of newsletters that are added to your database. this is very imp. for long term success.

Thanks, Saumil! I receive a notification each time someone registers their newsletter at the Signup Exchange website, and I review each entry.

I do hope that online marketers realize the power of "The Money Moment" -- the moment after which a visitor finishes registering for a newsletter -- and the power of this tool which I've created.
