Double serving adsense ads

I come across site that double serve adsense ads. It is in violation of Google policy right ? To be more specifics, one is the normal Google ads box with Ads by Google on the bottom right, the other is slightly different in the ads box layout with no Ads by Google.

And all ads displayed are Google adsense ads.

Yes,double serving ads is in violation of Google Adsense TOS.

It is just not worth trying :rolleyes: Risking being booted for a few potential clicks is not really a wise move :p

Worse than booted - they'll let the ads stay, just refuse to forward the check!
