Very recently, AltaVista just went through a complete clean-out of the Many doorway pages that was in their index.
Mind you, they are by no means done, but what I have preached over and over again to associates, clients, and anyone who wanted to listen is that:
DoorWays Do Not Pay
Forget about um......
Submit good, clean, actual site pages to the search engines. You will be MUCH better off for it.
Do NOT TRICK the search engines. They are very smart, and getting smarter and smarter all the time.
Not only that, but they definitely reward web sites who stick to their rules.
