sorry for the irrelevant post I just need an answer rather quickly :/

Can someone recommend a reliable domain backordreing service?

None are "reliable". All are competing on a 1st come 1st serve system.

It's a hit or miss proposition for all of them.

The only way to guarantee the purchase of a domain is to register a new one or buy an existing one from the current owner.

I've used Snapback before, they are all competing for the same domains, but unless someone else is out there using a similar service it doesn't matter.

If the domain has not expired yet, it's probably not a bad idea to contact the current registrant. It can take months for a domain to become available after it expires.

If you really want it, it's often as simple as paying a transfer fee - if the registrant agrees you can grab the domain in a private transaction before it goes up for grabs.

If they want to keep the domain, they won't let it expire anyway. If they don't want to keep it, you've got a chance to get it before it becomes available to anyone else.

If you grab a domain that includes someone's trademark, they can get it back from you anyway. Just because it's expired, that doesn't mean you'll be free to use it any time soon.
