Is anybody still using espotting?

I find it ever so hard to spend money on espotting now, results mainly appear in affiliate sites - the traffic from which I'm not to sure is genuine... anybody else getting good results. I did find for a while last year that listings seemed to count as back links in Google which was one positive benefit even without direct traffic.

We have a real estate site in Las Vegas. I wonder if using them would benefit us at all. A lot of foreign investors come here to buy property, especially the new high rises. There are four more in the works right now. The extra backlinks wouldn't hurt either. :D
