It's incredible what the holiday season can do for sales.

The ROI from overture to a big retail site I do is up like 5 times the normal.

I'm wondering if I should increase bids for holiday seasons, people are so much more likely to buy right now....

Sure, increase bids if you can still make a profit. Which, at 5X increased conversion ratio, should be possible. You want both high traffic and high conversions, after all.
