I need some advise please

Hi all,

Im hoping someone can give me a little bit of advise. I have a Web site and hosting, the company who hosts my site has 3 servers.

Yesterday morning my site gave up working. I emailed the company who informed me that they were being attached on CP1.

My site is still down now. I have emailed them many times today and I'm getting the impression they are now just fobbing me off. They say they are working on it. Thats all good and well but what about us poor site owners who have sites hosted on CP1, we have not had access to our sites now for nearly 2 days.

I asked them if they had an emergency procedure in place, maybe they could switch us over to another server whilst they sort out Cp1 but they say there is more to it than that its not that simple.

Is there anything I can do?

Hy,
I am sory for what happend to you. The company that hosting your site it's not seryous. My advice is to move at another and when you do that talck to them and put in discuss that metter that happend to you, to prevent in the future this kind of problem.

Find another host with guaranteed uptime. Make sure they have the infrastructure to bak up the guarantee. Sometimes, you get what you pay for...
