.biz domains site outage?

Hey everyone

I own a .biz domain and I discovered last night that my site was down for a couple of hours. Email appeared unaffected, DNS entries were fine and all other sites on the same server were unaffected. Anyone with a .biz domain have the same problem?

Things are back up now, but my host said that another client with a .biz domain had their site go down as well, suggesting that the problem was the .biz registrar itself. Can anyone relate to this?

I have a .biz domain too. No, mine didn't go down last night at all, that I'm aware of. I have stuff on my server that let's me know when there's a problem with one of my sites, and I didn't get any server distress messages at all.

If your e-mail was fine it means that DNS resolution and MX records were fine as well.
I would assume that the only problem you might have been experienced was your local http server. Lets say apache was down.
Does it explain your case?
