Well Done!
It's worth browsing the adsense pages at Google, where all this info is neatly stashed ...
1. Any site, but only one per page. Best to place different code each site, so you can assess success.
2. US dollar check, monthly (any month where >$100 is in your account). You can opt for less frequent, but no news yet on the promised alternative methods.
3. Google has fairly sophisticated methods of detecting serious scams, judging by the screams of those with closed accounts! - bit there's a new scam just around the corner - always report any suspicious activity, don't wait for Google to contact you.
And that's about it. :)

You have an ID embedded in the adsense javascript, so that google can credit you for clicks on any website

Thanks french,
One more thing while activation i came accross the tax section where , i choose non us , so no need to fill up any kind of form as basically i'm from india. But my site is hosted on US server, and from which we had this hosting service is a local hosting provider from india, but uses US server. so is it will violate the terms and conditions ???

You need to read the tax page very, very carefully. I'm in the UK, using US servers, and I qualify as 'non-US'.
You need to to sure you are too. It sounds like you are non-US, but in tax matters, you need to be quite sure. Google (like most US companies) will follow US tax law to the letter; if there's any doubt, they will freeze your account (they have no choice in this matter). So be sure!

GWM, being hosted on a US server does not give you a US presence. If you have an office or a representative/employee in the US then you have a US presence.
This has been discussed here before:
