Are Meta Keywords case sensitive?
For instance, would I need to put these variations in a webpage?
Kung-Fu
kung-fu
Kung-fu
kung-Fu
Or would simply putting, "kung-fu" and "kung fu" in the Meta Keywords suffice?
Thanks!

Meta keywords are not case sensitive. If you used BOO-HOO as a keyword, search results would show you for BOO-HOO, boo-hoo, Boo-Hoo, BOO HOO, boo hoo, Boo Hoo, BOOHOO, BooHoo, boohoo ... now, now, there, there, no need to cry ... they're only keywords. ;)
Just a little humor. :)
But truly, you don't need to worry about case, hyphenated Vs non-hyphenated, space separated or comma separated.
The only thing that does come into consideration are singular and plural.
boo-hooing is not the same as boo-hoo or boo-hooed

meta tag keywords are pretty much ignored by search engines, so I wouldn't worry too much about them anyway. It doesn't hurt to have them, but dont' expect them to do a whole lot for you. Stressing over then would be pointless.

In the past some engines were case sensitive, AltaVistsa was if memory serves correct. AFAIK, none are case sensitive now and plural sensitivity seems to be decreasing with advancements in Google's technology.

Concentrate on the page <title> and the page meta description as those have a lot more influence.
Those aren't case sensitive either.
