This site makes alot of claims. You'll have to take a look to see what I mean. http://www.aaa-internetmarketing.com/main.html
What's your alls first impression of this site?

That is very common to see.
What they are claiming is simple. They are selling you traffic from domains they already own. They will not be optimizing your site. When you quit paying them, you lose your traffic and the domain goes into the pot again for the next client.
This may tend to be a big risk to you. After you are done with them, you are back to where you started with no ranks and your site the same.
I do not wish to show other sites in this way. If a site is "tricking or spamming" the engines, that is fine.
Just the way a site advertises is not for us to say one way or the other.
This site is a good example of one of the many ways you see other sites marketing you good ranks.
Please do not flame this site in anyway. Many other sites and SEO's do it this way and are fine with it. I am not one of them but to each his own.

The key to remember is obtaining targeted traffic, as these will be the ones which most likely will convert to revenue. I would rather have 3,000 targeted uniques a day as opposed to 10,000 un-targeted uniques. The latter would have a much lower ROI and possibly not even generate the same revenue level as the targeted 3,000 uniques. Not to mention the wasted resources consumed by these non-targeted sessions.

I am sure they take their domains and redo them according to the client's site. In this respect, they could make them targeted.
My point is the client will lose his/her traffic once the contract is not renewed with no future.

.....as to how they could possibly make this claim:
For as little as $79 we guarantee your website WILL BE listed in the TOP 20 on 10 Major Search Engines in just 5 days, GUARANTEED OR FULL REFUND on AOL, Lycos, AltaVista, Netscape, Hotbot, Cnet, MSN, Ask Jeeves, EarthLink & more
I just don't see how this is possible! Does anyone here know of a way to accomplish what they are claiming they can do?

Yes Blue, please read my posts in this thread closely. I outline how they claim this.
Note; they own the domain. The domain is on their server. You own nothing but the ranks you buy from them for the life of the contract only.

AAAAH!! I lost everything I was going to say when I pressed submit.(Wasn't Logged in first) Oh well.

Yes indeed. This is something I have learned about internet marketing. I could have easily been reported for spam had the people I was e-mailing about an affiliate program not been interested in that subject.

How can you tell this from first glance?
Newbies like myself could be easily ****ed in by the claims they make to get you listed in the top 20 of 10 SE's. They are using misleading advertisment?

I can tell because if they did not already OWN the domains, they would NOT be ranked on AOL or Netscape, etc.
In order to be ranked like they claim, you either have to pay GOTO for bidded keywords, or you have to be already in DMOZ.org.
How can you be ranked on those sites without owning the domains already?
This is simple.
Their advertising is accurate. They do say they will NOT optimize your site OR do meta tags OR touch your site at all.
All they are doing is selling you ranks using THEIR OWN domains. When you cancel with them, you LOSE your ranks. Then, your site and traffic is back to where you started.
If any of you still do not understand, please call me. This is easy.

I see how this works. It's a little strange really. I didn't mean to make you repeat yourself over, and over. I see that you already explained how they did this. ;)

I see how they could target some traffic, but they would have to have many domains already listed to provide tight targets for those sites which may be more obscure in genre.
