Can you contact Yahoo Australia

Hi,

I've got a client who got penalised by Inktomi and have totally dropped off the rankings. The site has since been cleaned up so I was looking to contact Yahoo AU to let them know (worht a try).

Does anyone know an email address that I can use - the only option I see is "Submit a site".

Hi Shan

I don't believe there is a feedback contact for what you seek at Yahoo Australia. If the site you refer to is in the Yahoo Directory, (i.e. your client paid AUD 495 to submit it), you should probably reply to the email that confirmed the site acceptance.

If you are referring to pages that have been indexed by Yahoo's own spider and appear in the general Web Results, I recommend cleaning up the pages and submitting them using the free submit tool OR allowing the spider to re-index the pages, detect the changes and re rank the pages as a result. BTW - how do you know your client's site was "penalised"?
