Best UK SE Marketing Agencies?

Hi all,
I'm looking to hire a UK Search Engine Marketing Agency to handle both our Pay-per-click and Optimization efforts for a new localized UK site that we are launching this fall.

Can anybody recommend a good agency that specializes in this area? Why do you feel they are the best at what they do?

My company is a mid-sized North American dating site that is expanding into the UK.

There are many SEO's right in these forums. Please spend some time reading in here. Most have their sites in their signatures with their posts. It's up to you to do your research. I really doubt that anyone in here is going to "recommend" anyone else.

I can tell you that the majority of SEO's in here are "good" seo's.

Don't feel you have to use a firm in the UK. SEM in the UK is not all that different from SEM in North America.
