Does Overture offer a program similar to Google's AdSense, where you could display Overture client ads on your site and receive pay for click-throughs?

not yet...
but i believe it'll probably be in the works after the reps they
sent to T.R.A.F.F.I.C. 2004 saw the number of webmasters
with targeted traffic that are in need of it.

They do have a program but I think you need a large number of page views to sign up.

the current program for volume providers is straight ppc,
not ppc within content like adsense.
hoping to see that change soon.
