Has MSN beta data been moved to MSN.com?

Not completely. They announced that starting this week they were going to be sending more searches from MSN to the beta for testing purposes.

If you are seeing Beta results at MSN this is probably the reason.

When the new MSN was in Beta my site was ranking really well...and now with the transition it is not doing so good. Are the results we are seeing now what is expected to come with the new MSN?

I would say so. There will always be tweaks to the Algo. But MSN Beta is a lot different than the results I see today.
