Same beginning in title

Is it good to begin every title for every page with the company name? I've done that with the page in my signature, a short description of that page follows after the company name. But still... I figure that you can quick tell it's a company and i got a 1# rank (in google) for a pretty good word that's in the company name :)

In my opinion, the company name shouldn't be in the Title at all. If it must be in the Title tag, then most definitely put it at the end.
