The very idea of buying domains to redirect to another website is spam. Period.

You run the risk of your 'real' domain getting banned if you use this firm's services. I don't know why anyone would take such a risk?

I meant "no spam", not no spam. I just thought it'd be interesting if some SEO who really cares decided to set up a website with the sole intent of seeing the techniques these people say they use, which ones they really use, and what they say will happen versus what really happens. For an article, not for real life. Would make for an interesting read. That's all.

We already know what really happens. They achieve positions for a short time. Could be one day, one week, or month or longer.

If sites are willing to cheat and deceive, they will achieve some kind of short term success. The question is; Is this risk worth it? Is the integrity of a website really worth the risk? Why not achieve good long term positions and success using no spam?

Those are the real questions.
