Hi folks,

I have a question about Froogle pictures not showing. Most do and some don't?

Here is what I have done and some background:

1. I have a Yahoo store and created a folder in my directory called Froogle. All of my pic's reside there.

2. I created a image url for each product pic which seems to work well for most of my pic's.

So, the url works, but some of the pic's just won't show for some reason. To troubleshoot the problem, I have checked:

1. The url's. They all are identical except for product codes (which are different as they should be) and point to the correct folder.

2. The images are in the folder, except for one that is missing. So, I know the problem on that one.

3. I checked to be sure that the url product codes are in upper case for those codes that are alpha/numberic match the image codes and they do. (I was told Froogle uses a Unix platform that is case sensitive)

4. Some images that are working have a much higher pixel resolution than others that show-up and higher than what Froogle specifies (90X90).

At this point, I am operating in the stumped chump mode just scratching my nogg'n.

Any help here would be extremely appreciated. I have to be over-looking something?

Thanks,

Could you upload your feed to your site and provide a URL. I don't think anyone can help without looking at the feed.

Hi Connie,

If you go to Froogle and type in the search bar: store:5036, it should come up.

Thanks

That only shows your store. It does not show your feed. What I think any of us would need to look at is the .txt feed that you upload to Froogle each month.

Being entirely consistent means you never ever have to even consider it as a possible problem.

Just took a quick look. You have html tags and I don't think they are allowed. Get rid of the <li> tags and see what happens.

Keep in mind that any change in the file will take 3 or possibly 4 hours to display.

Also what kind of error messages do you see when logging into your Froogle account?

Thanks Connie, I'll go and look for those.

As for errors, I haven't any.
