Ever been reported for TOS violation?

I'm curious if any of you have ever been reported for a TOS violation by someone who opted in to your email list? It's happened to me twice in the past couple days and it's irritating the snot out of me.

How many TOS violations does one need to be reported in order to be labeled a spammer? I imagine it's different with different ISPs...is that correct? This has me really concerned, as I do an opt-in mailing list.

Is it optin only from "your" website? If so, you have nothing to worry about.

If you bought a bogus optin list from someone else, you have lots to worry about.

Every ISP has their own spam filters for the most part.

It's an opt-in list from my website, so I guess I shouldn't worry then. I've actually lost sleep over this!! I've only had 3 TOS complaints but that's 3 more than I want...and 3 more than I should have considering they opted in! Thank you! :)
