I would bet there is a good chance the agreements signed to become a member of those programs included some caveat on spam.

Look at http://www.contentsmartz.com's code. Do a search for VISIBILITY:hidden within that text file. They have, probably, 5 times as much invisible text as they have any visible stuff there.

I am saying "I think" because I realize now that it is very difficult to see obvious results for SEO. But I got some independent person to monitor company position before and after SEO project was done by Netsmartz and he came to the conclusion that www.EZMoving.com positioning was much better for the local keywords ( what we optimized for), than what it was before Netsmartz took the project. One should be aware thoughthat they want to sell you "link building project" which I actually gladly purchased, and they do deliver the links of the high ranking websites. I would recommend this company. They do a good job for actually a fraction of a cost that other companies offered.

You sound more like someone running damage control over accusations of inappropriate company behavior (e.g., Unsolicited Commercial Email that violates the CAN-SPAM Laws) Vs being some satisfied customer who just happens to know every nuance and detail of the companies inner workings with regard to performance satisfaction for it's customers.

This thread (if you read it from the beginning) was about an SEO Company that is sending out UCE (email provided as documentation therein).

The commercial email in question did not satisfy all the mandatory criteria for commercial email as outlined in the CAN-SPAM Act. This email if forwarded to the FTC would result in hefty fines for this company for it's failure to comply with the Laws regarding commercial email.

As for you, a new member questioning the business qualifications of Irina and Doug Heil, is quite unprofessional indeed.

Irina's reputation is well known as is Doug Heil's. Neither one of them need to solicit business by sending out UCE.

I've seen work on client sites by both Irina, and Doug Heil, and they both deliver a satisfactory end product to their client for reasonable cost.

If you had bothered to check their qualifications, you'd have noted that Doug is the SEO for Sony Corp. You only get a contract like that if you know what you're doing and are able to deliver on it. BTW ... he didn't solicit them through UCE either.

He is working on Sony's SEO. And yes, his site is not yet complete. His forums and business have been at ihelpyouservices.com for over 5 years.

He was able to finally obtain the ihelpyou.com domain not long ago. Once it was his legally, he moved the forums over (less than 8 weeks ago) and is building an entire new website for his business.

None of us IHY like Spam whether it's e-mail spam, or spam on a website. In my limited experience a company that resorts to e-mail spam to get customers are not above putting spam on a website.

Like Doug I can't help but feel like you have some connection with the Company other than being a satisfied customer.

The problem is that this company is sending out e-mails to people that aren't asking for it (that makes it spam).

Another problem is the way this company is trying to inflate companies rankings. If they did it by making the site better and improving the services offered then those sites would be getting a lot more traffic, and they would bring clients to them so they wouldn't have to spam.

PR isn't hard to get eithier! I get a 4-6 PR on the main page of new sites that we do in 3-6 months without 1 traded link.

It comes from good content and being listed in all of the directories and niche directories.
