This URL has come up in my referrers logs and I was wondering about it:

http://au.ink.yahoo.com

Could the ink stand for Inktomi? I've never heard of them in partnership so I am a bit puzzled :confused:

Is this something new?

That use to be who Yahoo used for secondary results. Don't know what it could be now.

Anyone?

No idea. I was hoping someone else was going to jump in. Could this be a reference to a server name rather than anything else ? How many of these have you seen, Sanity ?

markymark - so far I've seen just the one - in Feb. I'll check some other clients and post if I find anymore.

Don't you just lurve those redirects :rolleyes:

I am doing some traffic analysis/reports today so I'll see if I come across any more.

I've seen some with av.yahoo.com in as well now.
