1. All nominees must be clear, obvious, no-doubt-about-it spammers; no borderline cases.
2. Must be SEO spammer, or email spammer on SEO issues.
3. Must put up a defense - however zany
4. Must create mirth among regular members.
5. Must give IHY an opportunity to illustrate the stupidity of spam, and the clear blue water between spam and best practice.
But this is the cruncher:
6. Must have at least one (1) message in support, here or elsewhere.
A. These rules are proposed for the March 2006 contest, and may be discussed, ammended or rewritten for future contests.
B. In the event of a close race, a vote may be organized, to run for no longer than 48 hours.
C. Winners are not allowed to be nominated for the subsequent month's contest.
D. the contest is not over until the current month is done and gone.
