Welcome! :hi:
Aren't you getting lots of click fraud with looksmart and findwhat?
Why would anyone want to use 2nd and third level ppc's when even the majors like Google and Yahoo have a hard time with fraud?
I don't wish to list any other ppc engines as I feel they are all bogus sites.
You can do a simple search at Google or Yahoo to find them, right?

I'd have to agree with Doug here...
AdWords, Yahoo!SM and MSN AdCenter(Beta) are the main PPC programs to use. Both LookSmart and Miva(FindWhat) are 2nd tier and have has issues with 3rd parties abusing them via click-fraud, though both are making changes to improve that.
Even the 3 main PPC have some click fraud, any beyond the 5 mentioned here are going to be click fraud magnets. I would not recommend any of the others either. And I would watch LookSmart and Miva very closely until you are comfortable with them.
Always review your PPC accounts as any of the programs can be targets of click fraud and it is up to you to stay on top of it. The engines will at times, but they have thousands of customers and will not be a diligent as you would on your own accounts.

The PPC team where I work use Google and Overture for their ads but they have to micro-manage ever aspect of the accounts. From their example you have to watch carefully for any click spikes (indicative of click fraud taking place), generic terms whose conversion rates may not be worth the impressions, your daily budget not being surpassed etc etc
The danger comes from setting up the various accounts and just leaving them alone. This is a sure way of going bust. You have to optimise continuously.

I am working with them from 6 mounts and have very good results with very high CPC.
They also provide products ads.

I removed the URL in a previous post. If you make another one you will likely be banned.

I see it like this...
Google AdWords, Yahoo! SM, and MSN AdCenter -
If you're goal is to use pay per click to build a scaleable online presence, ALL of your attention should be focused here. This is where 90% of the search traffic is.
If you're an entrepreneur looking to play the margins and bring in a few thousand dollars of extra e-commerce revenue per month, then maybe you go for the second and third-tier PPCs...
But if your goals are grand, stick to the big 3:)
