Greetings,
what are the most used SE in norway/denmark/finland etc?
international ones? local ones? which local ones are the mots popular?

The most used search engine in Norway is Kvasir (www.kvasir.no) - it was once known as Origo Index in 1995-1997 this was Europe's biggest search engine and directory with a combination of crawling indexing, site submission and a merry band of 50 freelance reporters/reviewers/indexers.

It used to be owned first by Norwegian Telecom "Telenor", then by Schibsted (largest media conglomerate around these parts), before it got bought by Eniro - a Swedish YellowPages company.
