You must be joking SEW?

You all are becoming the laughing stock of many "other" places. Don't think for one minute that you are not losing people who "use" to think you were something else.

To allow that sort of bogus crap is beyond comprehension.

Oh My!! Bob (SearchKing) has been booted from Google once and took down a lot of sites with him.

He filed a lawsuit against Google and lost. What would give me any confidence that he has changed.

Why would SEW allow a post like this?

I think its possible the man is on Acid! I read the first post and had the distinct visualization of his saying all that with slurred speach while swatting at invisible spiders on his arms and neck.

LOL yeah, he got his site "and" clients penalized in Google, and then blamed Google for it. LOL

But of course SEW sees nothing wrong with allowing him to promote his twaddle again. They won't allow "anyone" else to promote themselves, but they DO allow him. Funny stuff.

BTW: I couldn't make head nor tails out of his two posts in there at all. It made absolutely zero sense.

unreviewed had it right, although he was too kind in stating it.

Agree wholeheartedly. I have seen nothing at this point that makes me think he has learned anything.

Oh dear, a new low for SEW. I can only assume, money has changed hands.

I find it hilarious that he starts off EVERY bulleted list item with the word 'we' or 'our', with the exception of the one bullet in which he gives himself an out.

And that bit about moral fibre??? He must have read that somewhere.

I'm wondering if Danny Sullivan even knows about the promotional post in there? He's at the london SES thingie. I'm thinking it's the mods over there who approved it.

I'd love for a whitehat over there to just try to announce/promote their sites to see what happens.

ooops sorry.... there are no whitehats left there that contribute.... well, maybe a couple.. not sure.

Ian is still a mod there, and he's very whitehat.

yeah, there are a few, but how many of those few actually contribute? Ian hardly ever posts at that place.... and for good reason. :)

LOL read member "sebastian" posts in that thread.

"Am I the only who could care less about this dude?"

:green:

Nope; you are not the only one, but the only one over there with balls enough to stand up to SEW. Trust me; "MOST" could care less about that dude. That's why it's so damn appalling that SEW moderators seem to care. Well, I guess it's not surprising however.

Is it me, or is the "new" SearchKing just a basic directory of portals, and not a very good one at that?

I still see some of the old crap on the domain as well.

see .. comics.searchking.com even the copyright is still 1998-2002 ... Geesh...

Not much of a "relaunch".

I haven't bothered to look.

I knew along time ago the dude is losing it. Announcing something that isn't even half ready is not smart. And allowing this to be announced is not smart either.
