OK. This is not spam, its an email advertisement that I get based on a subscription to a newsletter. I know they come and choose to accept them to get to read the newsletter.

That said. This is Pure SEO Crap.

There is so much bull in this it boggles my mind. As I was preparing this post, even I, (an in-house seo) got an email asking about how thay can do this.

Not a spam email, but a ton of crap indeed. I am going to have to rethink reading this newsletter if they accept advertisers like this.

The sad part of that is that they are not lying. They are just not telling that it's NOT SEO at all, but it's pure pay per click. They are actually committing "fraud", or committing false advertising, but it's not a lie.
