Hey there,
I'm in with PositionTech as of yesterday all checked out and spidered with about a dozen URLs. No Click thru chart data yet. How long does it take ( roughly, I know there are no real answers to this ) for the ink partners to pick a listing up?
And also, what does the click chart show? Referrals from all partner listings?

Waiting for my first Click

It takes a good week or so, I believe, for the partners to get your listing. At least in my case.

As to click throughs...I'm still waiting for those! (Been a good 2 months at least!)

Great to see you out of the cavern Cavetoad!~

New submissions take a bit longer then URL substitutions. I would say no more than a week for new listings, and typically 4-5 days for changes.

I think PT has had problems the past week or so, and thus the changes are taking longer. I'm also wondering if there was/is a problem with the click-thru data as well. We have several URLs which typically always generate daily click-through data, but for the past couple days no data has been logged!~ :eyes:

I'm fairly sure [some] click-through data is captured from MSN, but I don't know about the other partners. This might explain (as in Jill's case), why no data has been captured, simply because the page resides in a competitive market saturated by Looksmart [web directory sites] listings. And the click-through data is only captured for the web pages from the inclusion program.

Yeah, I've been known to come out and play from time to time.
I'm just testing the waters with these listings, working on persuading the powers that be that paying for listings is a good thing for traffic. I'm just anxious to get some data to start showing them, and I'm thinking that they're waiting to see how the submissions do as well. I guess I can wait a week for some stats to show up <sigh>.
