I just want to know that PHP is used as Web Scripting Language so is it possible that any visual object operate in PHP?

A telephone is a visual object but I wouldn't expect PHP to be able to pick up the handset, nor can it go and open a door.

Sorry guys, Visual Objects means Textbox , SubmitButton, RadioButton, Detagrid, Listview etc...

No you can't. Well not directly.

It's .NET framework (I hesitate to call them "tools" with the bloated code that churns out of them) "stuff"

There is Phalanger (http://www.php-compiler.net/) though.
