You'd think a woman like this would know her site "*****" anyway. lol She needs a complete redesign. She doesn't even have a way for visitors to buy anything as she doesn't have a cart or merchant account or anything else.
But yet, this stupid person is suing Google. She sued Yahoo a few weeks ago as well.
It's amazing how naive people out there are in regards to the internet. This woman obviously has a great job and is successful in life, so why doesn't she understand the internet? Funny stuff.
Read this in googlewatch:

Google should counter-sue for defamation - else she gets all this publicity for free.
You'd think she'd get her cart working before pressing the publicity button, but there ya go ...

There's one counterargument that can be made that will solve all of this:
Advertisements for products and services were never meant to be placed on a sales site, unless the company that owns the site is part of the 1 in 1,000,000 that doesn't need additional business from the site.
(I happen to be one of the 1 in a million, but that's an oddball case.)
Also, I may have missed something, but the site is supposedly selling Soft Support Jog Bras (whatever they are). Where are they on the site?

From what I could tell, they are nano-technologically embedded in the site so that one needs a nano microscope (http://www.infoworld.com/articles/hn/xml/02/08/08/020808hnibmnion.html?0812mneb) to be able to find them.

ya i love some of the comments
and a case such as this, which clearly makes the plaintiff look ridiculous
as if it takes "hundreds of hours" to add adsense to a site
google as 24 pages index'd and yahoo has 31, msn doesnt even know about the site
We couldn't find any results containing site:bravacorp.com.
some people
she needs better staff and progamers.

I think it's all a mistake.
She was planning to release this tomorrow, and it got leaked too soon.
Tomorrow being "September Fools Day" on her planet.

Dam 4 clicks to find a product you can't buy. That woman has to be nuts.

Google then completely removed AdSense from Bradley's site and accused Bradley of violating AdSense policies by fraudulently clicking on advertisements.
Bradley denied clicking on the ads except to verify that the advertisers were not selling competing products.
She SAYS she DID do what the contract forbids ROFL.... then wants to sue.... it is people like this that makes me wish that you had to have some kind of test to get a license to work online :p
I don't really like adwords, mostly because the return is so small and doesn't warrent the lost traffic (in my eyes) but the clients that do use it make a couple hundred a month and have never had 1 problem. These people that think it is Google that is flawed are not on the same planet.
I don't know why this lady is complaining anyway, she will never make money online with that site. Not from traffic, advertising, adwords, or sales so she should be used to this type of thing.... if her designers made that site and it took them 100 hours to implement adwords then the whole lot needs to be laughed off of the internet in shame.
