Always thought the category you were in with Yahoo was real important, but I think now perhaps it's not that important. In light of fact that most people do not navigate through the categories but use the search box, hence, it looks like the keywords in your description is most important.

Is this correct? thanks!

When I do a search in yahoo, if my keyword is found in the category path, then it is bolded...which leads me to believe that the category your site is listed in is important...probably not as important as your title and description but it helps a little.

In fact, when I check my logs, I do get a handful of traffic from yahoo Categories....so it does help a bit even though many people probably do perform searches rather than clicking through the categories...

I also tend to think that Yahoo is incorporating link popularity into their ranking algo....
