Very little info on their flash site as to how they do what they do.

The domain is registered through 'Domains by Proxy'.
Their service allows to keep the registrant hidden for public, but they don't allow their clients to spam.

I'd suggest to report Amanda to see if Domains by Proxy really do what they claim to do about it.
