Cant get this 301 redirect to work!!

Man i can get this for the life of me
I can get EVERY other link to 301 but not this one

RedirectMatch permanent ^/supportcave.com/spyware/spyware_removal/spyware.html http://www.supportcave.com/spyware/

I got other links under supportcave.com/spyware/spyware_removal
to work...
its driving me crazy

Not sure but you might try this.

Redirect permanent /supportcave.com/spyware/spyware_removal/spyware.htm http://www.supportcave.com/spyware/

or http://www.supportcave.com/spyware.htm(l)

Jason, try this in your .htaccess file:
redirect 301 /spyware/spyware_removal/spyware.html http://www.supportcave.com/spyware/

It should all be on one line and there should be a space between the old url and the one it's being redirected to.

Let me know if it works or not?

Ill try that when I get home
I spend over and hr trying to get this one page to redirect.

I removed all other redirects and it still wont work.

I thought maybe some other redirect was conflicting with it..

The page wont redirect to anything..

could something else on the site be messing with it.

I don't have any sub domains..

very odd
