When I fired up Yahoo, this morning, at first presentation of the YAHOO main screen, two of the News items were highlighted. It was as of someone had been logged on reading YAHOO news.
Is there any chance that News items could be highlighted when I first connect to YAHOO without someone having read them?
(I'd like to know this before I go around my department screaming like a raving lunatic!) thanks.

Welcome to the forums celur2! :hi:
I am not sure I understand your question. As I don't frequent Yahoo all that often maybe someone else can help?

i would not worry about it too much*S*.. those nice neat lil banners that pop up when you do surf yahoo advertising those spy cams leave cookies behind.. so it could be that a news link that was not on the front page yesterday, but you happened to click somewhere else yesterday, was highlighted today because of the banner cookie*s*..if your thinking someone unauthorized is in using your computer while your not there try deleting all your cookies and catches at the end of the day... then NOTHING sould be highlighted at all when you pop on first thing in the morning*S*

Thanks liltiger, the cookie explanation is good enough for me. Many thanks, also, for the details. regards, celur2
