If he really is a member, you can report that spam to the C of C, and BBB, and they will take actions. Members of C of C, and BBB, aren't allowed to spam and keep their membership. That's a violation of their rules. They don't want companies like that in their organizations.

That firm would tell you that it's not spam. Most email spammers don't know what email spam is.

That's not true, Doug. It's just that every email spammer has a customized definition of spam that conveniently suits their own purposes at the time.

I did a quick check on the BBB website and couldn't find this company on there.

I have emailed them back asking if his firm is a member of the BBB. Either way he should get the boot from the BBB for spamming or be labeled a liar ;)
