hmm. It's probably someone who worked on the code or is an editor. Thing is, this person remains hidden. Also; it's not unusual to have people mad about not getting their money. Heck; I've had to pull teeth at times for a balance owed, but suing over it? I doubt it would happen. The cost of suing over a few grand is much more than what is actually owed.

Does anyone here find it somewhat unusual that a "geek god" would work for a company like Mahalo as an editor as opposed to doing something well...geeky?
I'm not buying this story. Either it's blatantly false or there are large chunks of information missing. Since no one has stepped forward that I've seen and actually put their name up against Calacanis', then this is just another case of heresay, speculation, and little to no actual truth.

Doug, that's what small claims court is for if it's a local client. ;)
Besides, it's more fun to turn them over to a bill collector and mess up their credit.

Is that legal in the States if the bill is disputed? In Ontario, you can't do that because of the discrepancy.

I'm not sure, but it seems if it was that easy then everyone would dispute everything.

Hey spammer! Read the guidelines? Nope. I'll bet not.
You didn't link drop by accident. You hyperlinked the comma and period in your sentence, to your website.
Guess what that gets you?
How about BANNED. Isn't that CLEVER?
